Classic Car Delivery Ltd will not be responsible for acts of God such as hailstorms, flooding etc.
The customer must prepare the vehicle for transport, ensuring no loose goods remain in the vehicle. Any loose goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Classic Car Delivery Ltd
Customer to ensure vehicle alarm / disabling equipment on vehicle to be de-activated before dispatch.
Vehicles to be charged and driveable to enable efficient speedy loading / unloading.
Customers in their absence must appoint an Agent / Representative who will be responsible for consigning the vehicle to Classic Car Delivery Ltd. To receive the vehicle, an Assigned Agent / Representative must be present as agreed for the handover.
Invoices must be paid within THIRTY (30) days unless, agreed otherwise following to collection of the vehicle.
At Classic Car Delivery Ltd we aim to deliver efficiently and on time however, there may be occasions we are delayed due to elements beyond our control. These include but, are not limited to : Cancelled ferry crossings, traffic delays, road closures, accidents, weather conditions i.e. floods / snow. When this happens Classic Car Delivery Ltd will remain vigilant to ensure the vehicle they are transporting is kept safe. We will keep the customer informed and aim to deliver / collect as soon as possible.
Cancelled deliveries & collections with more than 7 days notice, may incur a charge of 50% of the total fee. Cancelled deliveries & collections with less than 7 days notice will incur a non-refundable charge due to transportation and labour costs arranged and booked in advance and this will be 100% of the total fee. Any of the charges levied are at the discretion of Classic Car Delivery Ltd.
